my phone can boot properly to enable me access my apps

my Z10 battery was about to get drained yesterday and i switched it off. instead of turning off i noticed i started rebooting again. i allowed that process to complete, then after after i tried it the second time which was successfully turn off. 

on charging it, it on as usual only for me to notice that it  is not booting when to eanble me access my apps  like BBM, contacts in fact all the apps. i have tried re-booting over and over agian. still no luck.

 

can someone help on this... am in a fix...

 

will appreciate it most...

Try the battery-pull reboot...I cannot, from your post, tell exactly how you did your attempts, but the battery-pull might solve it.

my one does this 4 to 5 tymes a day, its irritating so what I do is pull out the battery and when it starts to reboot I take it out again and redo the process 3 tyms coz sometime when you do it once it doesn't solve the problem.
