I don't understand your question, and your link is no good.

 

If you need to monitor your battery percentage, try a free battery monitor app

me too have the same problem. it never goes to low battery, it just turns off. sometimes, the battery is as high as 70% and yet it turns off and will not turn on till u charge it for 5 min, and then it turns back on by itself... i really need help cause am sick of it

greatcallie, please try this.
With your BlackBerry on and connected to the wall outlet charger, remove the battery & reinsert. See if that resolved your issue.

It sounds like the on-device battery meter was off sync from the actual battery charge level.

The solutions of it is by plug the charger into phone without connect it to the wall for about 5min. Make sure the phone battery is going to drain in another word below 20%. When u see the battery icon going red then that's it.
