problem to bb id sing in

hello
when i sing in my bb id by z10
I get a message that :
""unable to sing in to black berry ID.make sure that you have set current date and time and try again.""

why??
help me plz

hi.... just want to make sure I understand this: is it sing or sign

 

Did you also check your time settings? Do you have the correct Time Zone selected? Do you have Auto Update time zone and Set Date and Time automatically on?

i have the same problem and i correct them all but i cant sign in and use bbm or bb world
