problem with a new z10

have just received the z10 - and can not get passed the agreement stage when setting up.   the phone is connecting to both the network and my wifi but once i get to the agreement page the 'i agree' will not highlight so i can click on it.

Has anyone else had a similar problem and how can i resolve???

Thank you for your question regarding the issue you are experiencing with setting up your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone.

Complete a reload of the device software as listed here:

Open BlackBerry Link.
Ensure the computer is connected to the Internet.
Power off the BlackBerry 10 smartphone or BlackBerry PlayBook tablet.
Connect the device to the computer.
When the device button is available on the bottom of the BlackBerry Link window, click it.
Click the Reload button.

Test to confirm whether or not these steps resolve the issue. If not, please contact your point of purchase for options.
