problem with bb id on Z10

After syncing my old BlackBerry Curve on my Z10, I get error 50500 when trying to access my BlackBerry I'D. I cannot use video chat, download apps- when I was able to before. Any ideas to fix this?

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

 

Do you know if you are connected to Wi-Fi when receiving this error message? If not, restart your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone and try connecting to Wi-Fi to see if you receive the same error message.

Am having the same problem I am connected to both wifi plus 3G, I can sign in to my bb I'd online but I can't download any apps, when I switch on blackberry protect it just shows downloading nothing happens, when I go on settings and click on blackberry I'd it just keeps loading but doesn't load please help...
