first let me say i´m from germany and my english ist not the best.
second lett me tell you, ther is no support in germany, one can call or write a mail to.
when i had my first bb (it was a bold) there was a special bb-hotline at the provider (vodafone). Today-nothing...
but let me come to my problems:
1) still no running possibility to sync my calender between outlook/link/z10
2) just the possibility to do go a long way roud (outlook - hotmail - cloud - z10) thats not a busines solution!
3) no appointments shown for december 2013 and january 2014 on my device - but before and beyond.
4) update for bb link is available, but can´t be installed (mistake: missing ...msi link.
this device sucks
this software sucks
this support sucks
does anyone her has any idea how i can get happy again with my z10?
