"apps are to the right" notification

I had to do a security wipe on my Z10 and then restore. That worked with no problem except that now I have a "All apps are to the right" notification that comes up along the bottom portion of the screen when I close an app. Anybody know how to get rid of that so it doesn't pop up every time I close an app? I've tried looking in settings and notifications but haven't had any luck.

Re: "apps are to the right" notification

There's not an on/off setting for that message.

It will go away after a few hours/a day after the upgrade.

I've never seen it last more than half a day after my upgrades.

Re: "apps are to the right" notification

I've had the notification last for upwards of a week so don't be too concerned if it's still there after a few days.

Re: "apps are to the right" notification

This is a startup tutorial. All you have to do is follow the set of instructions.  Swipe left when indicated, etc.  That ends the pesky tutorial once you complete all the steps.

Re: "apps are to the right" notification

No, it's not the tutorial. That's different.

He is speaking of the lingering message which will pop up AFTER completing the tutorial to hint that apps are to the right, messages are to the left.

Perhaps I've mispoke calling it part of the tutorial.  However, following through on the "swipe" instructions as they appear does stop them from reappearing.

Re: "apps are to the right" notification

right, as stated above, it may take a few hours or more before you stop seeing the popups
