Re: remove icons from z10 desktop

Remove? as in delete?

You can only delete certain "apps", i.e., the icon as well.

Touch and hold an icon you want to remove, all of them will start pulsating. If it has a small trash can icon on the icon you can delete that icon. WARNING, if you delete certain icons (twitter, facebook and some carrier-pushed apps, you will be reminded relentlessly to upgrade your OS to reinstall those apps. So it's not a good idea to delelte some icons.

If you just want to hide an icon you don't want to see, with the icons pulsating as described above, then drag that icon over another icon you wish to hide and FOLDER will be created. You'll see a pop-up message to name the folder (I'd name it "Junk") and then create.

Now again with the icons pulsating, you can touch and DRAG that icon anywhere on the screen or over to the right edge of the screen to the next panel and so on to the last panel so that it is completely out of the way.

Good luck.
