security wipe

I was having isuses with the Hub, so i backed up what i had and did a security wipe. It's been over 3 hours and it's still not done! At first it had a screen saying that the security wipe is in progress. Then the screen goes black and the led flashes slowly yellow red. What does this mean? should I leave it? is it done? will it reboot itself when it is done? It's been over 3 hours!! I need to use my phone tomorrow! aargh.

Is the Z10 connected to a charging source at this point? Make sure it is.


As an option, if it continues to not complete, you remove the battery for five minutes and replace it, and see if the reboot takes place, and does the wipe complete?
