hi ive been trying to update the software on my bbz10 and it keeps failing. has anyone come accross this screen. has anyone encountered the same problem. coz it downloads completely and then it fails when uploading to the phone it would seem.

Check to make sure your Blackberry ID account is active and registered on the phone. The phone requires mobile or WiFi access to install new software or make updates.
You can also install updates using the link software.
If this problem persists, contact Blackberry support. They may have to assist for you to do a complete OS re-load of the phone. This can be done with the Link software.
