HI all, I am new here and to BB in general.
I woud like to know whether the Z10 can read out the name of the contact when I receive a call
(like Nokia E75 does for example)
and if I can add a personalised voice tag to a contact.
Haven't managed to find either of those options in the menu or the online tutorials...
Thanks in advance, cy

Hi cyprus and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!
Thanks for the question but unfortunately, no, this feature is not available with the BlackBerry Z10.
Have a great day!

Thank you CptS, for the welcome and the answer, although negative.
On the same topic. - voice control -
when I want to use voice control WITHOUT being connected to the internet, it won't work?
That surely can't be correct?
The error message reads: "No network connection. To continue, connect to a Wi-Fi or mobile network in Settings."
I am of course connected to a mobile network, but Wi-Fi I am turning on and off as needed.
I don't have data connection included by my mobile (telephony) provider. Hence I am not permanently online.
But surely voice control should be working to make a call or send a text message (which does not require to be online).
Thank you and have a good day as well.

Sorry for the delay.
As voice control is used to Send Messages, Update Statuses or search the internet, without a Wi-Fi or Mobile Network connection, there are no commands the voice control can perform.

Thanks again CptS!
I understand what you are saying, but of course I am connected to a mobile network!
I want to send a text message/SMS for example, or find a contact in my contact list, which does not require WiFi/Internet connection, only mobile network connection.
Of course for the other functions internet is required, but the error message I get is as stated above (
"No network connection. To continue, connect to a Wi-Fi or mobile network in Settings."
