unable to open jar, Had or ota files

hey mistier blackberry i am no able to open jad or jar files no matter what i do on blackberry Z10 

im trying to open cellmapper signal lock and they both contain jar and ota files, i was able to open in previews version of blackberry diveses 

please advise

I hate to tell you this but I think you are out of luck. The Z10 will not run those files anymore

Is there any way to open or installed Cellmaper

I don`t know why you can`t download it or why you can`t open it....unless it contains file that are not compatible with Z10

I could download no problem but when I attempt to open it says unable to open cellmapper.jad

Ok....well as I mentioned earlier, the Z10 will not read jad files.
