My Device: z10
My Carrier: Mtn

unable to set up the blackberry Enterprise Service on my BlackBerry Z10 device

After several attempts, I still have the following error message:" you are currently on a service plan that doesn't support connecting to the BlackBerry Enterprise Service.‎.."

I have contacted my carrier (MTN), they upgrade my service plan to unlimited gprs, with edge in capital E and blackberry logo. But I still have the same error message.

My Carrier: I am on AT&T. Please edit your Personal Profile with your DEVICE TYPE, DEVICE OS and Carrier
