hi guys

 

i took the advice of most of you here and contacted ebay and paypal ebay have stated its my fault for buying a faulty phone and thats the finall comments on this item and paypal are still looking in to it but im not going to hold my breath so i have decided to sue this ebay seller how someone can sell faulty goods and get away with it i don't know what has this country come to ebay and some other sites that use to be good and honest to a point are just feeding grounds for rip off merchants. that said before anyone has a go at me yes i know i am stupid and should may have just bought one new never mind life goes on and we learn from our stupid stupid mistakes

I don't think you're stupid. Buyers get taken advantage of every day by unscrupulous sellers.
