which BB phone(s) is predesessor to the Z10?

A little on the edge for the Z10 forum but which BB phone was the most recent release prior to BBZ10?

Which full screen BB phone was the most recent release prior to the BBZ10?

Hmmmm...I think the 9900 was the last non-BB10 device, but I could be wrong. As for full screen, that would be the 9850/9860 models.

the previous response is right.  9900 bold genre was the most sophisticated device offered b4 the bb10/z10.  but they are almost unrelated as to architecture and configuratiuon...

so why are you asking//

Re: which BB phone(s) is predesessor to the Z10?

Hi,

After Bold 9900 and Torch 9850/9860 released BlackBerry devices are Curve 9350, Curve 9360, Curve 9370, Porsche Design P'9981, Bold 9790, Curve 9380, Curve 9220, Curve 9320. But Bold 9900 was the best in terms of hardware before Z10/Q10. But BB10 shouldn't b compared with earlier releases.

Re: which BB phone(s) is predesessor to the Z10?

I moved from the 9900 to a z10 on launch day and they are about as similar as a cup of coffee and a cement miver. Having a Playbook arguably helped me a little as they both obviously have similar traits.
