z 10 issues

has anyone lost there LTE network and have just letter H and cant connect to internet  it started last week i would drive to work and have lte the whole drive and at work now all i get is H and have no internet  at work  any ideas could it be a bad sim

I have prefect LTE signal I turn the option on but I normally don't use it because some areas I don't good signal and that can drain the battery searching for LTE signal.

I am also on Bell Network! 


Try to reset your Z10 


Restart or reset your device

If your BlackBerry device is running slower than usual or not responding, turning off and turning back on your device might help to solve the problem.
Do one of the following:
  • To restart your device, press and hold the Power/Lock key on the top of your device. Tap Restart.
  • To reset your device, press and hold the Power/Lock key for ten seconds.
