z10 Contacts not Syncing and issues with BBM.. SO FRUSTRATED!

I've been a Blackberry user for 5 years and currently have a 9900 for work and upgraded from the 9700 to the z10 for personal use.  I've gone through many berrrys in the past and never had an issue transfering from one phone to the other.


I spent 2 days trying to transfer contacts over onto my z10 and finally had to take my phone in to the Rogers store for them to do it for me.  When i get back home, i realize that the address book was transferred, but somehow my bbm contacts didn't get transferred.  Turns out that my work bbm contacts got transferred instead and not my personal ones! How did this even happen and why is this so difficult?? I'm going to give it another day, 2 days max to try and get it sorted out.  If not, sorry BB but you just lost yourself another customer.

BBM contacts do not get transferred when you do a device switch between a BlackBerry 7 device and the BlackBerry Z10. If you were using BBM 7 on your BlackBerry 9900, as long as you are using the same BlackBerry ID, your BBM contacts should appear in BBM on your BlackBerry Z10.
