z10 and Link Help

Greetings all long time BB lover, recently puchased the new z10 and here are my issues

 

1. Device drivers wont install or be found for phone

2. downloaded link and unistalled and reinstalled numerous times, cleaned out any registry enttries I get the error message unalbe to sign into blackberry ID make sure im connnected to internet disabled both firewall and antivirus stilll no luck, any help would be greatly appreciated

sOLVED IT MYSELF NO THANKS TO YOU ADMIN'S LOGGED IN COMPUTER AS ADMINISTRATIVE MODE UNISTALLED LINK AND EVERYTHING RELATED TO BLACKBERRY AND WENT THROUGH REGISTRY AND DELETED ANY REGISTRY ENTRIES RELATED TO BLACKBERRY NEW INSTALL AND BOOM DONE

I also have Desktop software as well since I need it to use my works 9900. By deleting the registry on BlackBerry will that be affected too?

I think it will since I was no longer using my 9800 I didn't care
