z10 - bbm not working

my contact has added me via email/bb id and also bbm. many issues with accepting - bbm icon will faintly blink on screen then show red star then when i got to accept, the contact vanishes. one minute i see her bbm, then the next minute i don't see her updates. one minute she is on my contact list, then next minute not. when replying to bbm, the icon for delivering takes a very long time, not instantly.


when setting bbm for first time, i had some issues with "temporary network" and then finally i was able to break through and have the bbm generated. the user in question also has a z10. i have 2 other users - 1 user and i have no issue with bbm.


am i missing a step here as to how to Upload my bbm, or activate it somehow?

Does this only occur with this one contact or does this occur with multiple contacts? How does your contact behave on her BlackBerry smartphone?
