z10 reboots

It do not reboot on specific app usage. When I was on 10.0, as soon as when the battery percentage ( discharge percentage ) reaches 80 % after that if mobile is locked it do not reboot... but if I use any single app after 80... mobile shuts off.... with 10.1 that percentage is now 38 %.... yesterday at night I use my mobile till 38 % discharge and lock it today in morning as soon as I unlock it... it shuts off.... now before 38 % discharge there is no issue everything work fine but when it reaches 38 after that a single app put it to shut down.... in start it was 80 then it switch off at 62 many times then it decreases to 44% and from last 5 days it is 38%. at this percentage mobile become hot without any app open in idle condition it become hot after that it shuts off. Sorry for the long message but I want to help to my best because I love BB. Now I discharge it till 40 % and charge till 100. Every thing works fine

Re: z10 reboots

I'm not able to be so specific about the percentage of the battery charge (never checked!) but I'm experiencing the reboot problem too and is very (very!) unconfortable and, honestly, I don't think I'd have to made complicate battery checks to keep my phone alive! He had to work, someone got to solve the problem...urgently!

Re: z10 reboots

I have latest OS installed 10.1.0.273 (Bell network), and my z10 still reboots occasionally... it also did prior the update.

As to how often? i don't know.... at least once a week... when I can see it reboot...

Nothing is usually running when it does... i've seen it reboot or freeze when I'm chatting in BBM.

This needs to be fixed... it's annoying...
