I would suggest restarting the BlackBerry Z10 and then attempt to login to Twitter or LinkedIn. You might need to tap on the username for the keyboard to appear.

got an update for linkedin and foursquare last night and now everything seems to be working fine. twitter even seems to work. very odd.
i have not figured out how to restart my z10 yet. i use guickpull on my 9860.

To restart hold down the top button until the screen starts counting down, then let go of that button and push the restart icon.
