I got the z10 about a month ago with Rogers and everything is good until I noticed some issues with the wifi. The wifi does not discover all the wireless connections available and when it does, it connects giving me a full signal without the BB dots and then disconnects. What's even more frustrating is the fact that my friends with iphones and Samsung not only discover the available networks they can connect with ease. I tried the general solutions of restarting the phone or turning the wifi on off... I love my new phone but this wifi issue is making me hate it.
Hope any official BB representative response doesn't just contain more questions and not a single answer in the reply.

Yes to the update, no to the wipe out. Do I have to wipe out the entire phone i mean how come I cant connect while even the S2 can connect?
PS: The wifi at home works now but sometimes it gives me the exact same problem.

I am having some of the same issues since the update. I did the update and haven't been able to connect to my home network since then. I am able to connect to all other networks (e.g., work, Tim Horton's, hotspots) except for my home network, which is the one that I did the update on. Other devices connect to the home network, except for the Z10.
I've been in contact with BB via @Blackberryhelp on Twitter. After doing some suggested solutions that didn't work, they have advised me to contact Rogers to have a ticket started. I haven't had a chance to do that yet though. I'm wondering if it is a Rogers thing since we are both with Rogers...
If I get a final solution that works I will post again. If you get a solution, please post as well.
