Does the email account show that it is not valid after a few hours on the BlackBerry Z10? Are you setup on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server as well? Do you know if any other users are affected?

we have exchange 2003 .
other users uses diffrent mobiles .this is the first time we use z10 .
it is working on curve .
it connect for sevral mintues then disconnect . after I put the password agian , it connects .
and so on .
