ActiveSync on Z30 Exchange2010

Trying to use ActiveSync on my Z30, but I am getting an error.

 

When trying to connect, I get "Checking for supported services and policy".  Then I get "An unexpected problem occured with *******@******.com.  Some features may not be working correctly."

 

I have verified with my EAS admin that my account is set up correctly, but we do have certificate based authentication.  Can I connect via ActiveSync?

you need to import the cert manually or get IT to install BES 10 if using SCEP to make users happier with activations.

Thanks, guess its a no-go for me.  We cannot import certificates per policy here.  If I can't use it any other way, I can't keep it...
