Z30 Constant Flashing Red Light

I have a BlackBerry Z30 which has had a flashing red notification light with continues to flash without any notifications or applications installed. I have reset it, updated it and so on, but to no avail. It still flashes red all the time, and there is nothing I can do to make it stop. It's really bugging me as I don't know when I have a notification or not (and it's just annoying to see it flash all the time!). What is the problem and what can I do about it?

What's third party apps do you have installed?

Absolutely none at all, didn't install anything because I don't want to keep the phone with this problem. Every app is stock.

You could reload the operating system to see if that helps.

I've tried it, no change. The BlackBerry Diagnostics app says there may be a fault, but I've had it repaired and it has returned the same. I have no idea what to do!
