Sorry. There's nothing we can do here. I don't work for BlackBerry. All warranty claims are done through the authorized resellers. It sounds like your reseller is not authorized to be selling BB devices. That's all fine and good until something goes wrong like in this case. Shameful.

The company seemed to be huge one as they sell online. Means my 50k is lost now because they are not in a mood to replace ....

I don't know how it is in your country but in mine I would take them to court.
