Remove BlackBerry.com from Internet Explorer compatibility mode

Due to a recent change within the BlackBerry Community Support Forums, if you are using Internet Explorer please ensure you do not have BlackBerry.com within your Compatibility View settings.


To check your Compatibility View settings and remove BlackBerry.com if its listed, please complete the following steps.


  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Click Tools followed by Compatibility View settings
    • Note; You may need to press the ALT key or press and hold the address bar to see the Menu bar.
  3. If BlackBerry.com is listed within Websites you've added to Compatibility View please click on BlackBerry.com followed by Remove
  4. Click Close
