How to post new thread?

[ Edited ]

Hi everyone I'm new and I need help! It has nothing to do with this post, but I can figure out how to post new topic!! Iv encountered major issues I believe and need assistance!! T-mobile has been no help. So I pose the question! If someone got ur acct info (password ect ect) can they "do things to and from ur phone without actual posession of said phone? Like add a line or load apps ect ect? And if the answer is yes is there a way to track it? And! My acct password was changed without my knowledge and I'm noticing all these new features and apps ect ect on my device that I did not do from my blackberyy!! Am I paranoid or could an evil genius accomplish this through a computer or any other form of technology!!
