Removal of date from posts is unhelpful; please reinstate

Over in the Tablet OS AIR SDK forum (just using this as an example since that's the one I spend the most time in), the posting date for old posts is something like "a week ago", "a month ago" etc.  This is unhelpful.  Please reinstate actual date stamps for postings.  There's no need to remove the "a week ago", "a month ago" stuff but I can think of no good reason to get rid of the actual posting dates.  In some cases I have wanted to cross reference the date of a forum posting with the timestamp of a file on my system, to for example confirm whether I have updated that file with information that I know I read in a thread that I bookmarked "a week ago" or "a month ago".

This is a display per setting. You can edit your settings here:
My Settings (under the huge banner) >> Preferences >> Display >> Use relative dates
