Thanks to Product Support Board members!

After a google search, I found a thread on this site that explained why I was having trouble getting the convenience key on my 9800 Torch to work...  I simply wasn't pressing it hard enough!  It makes sense when I realise it doubles as a focus lock for the camera too.  I'm now a Support Community Member, so I'll be keeping in touch from now on...
