account issues

I have an account Sandie_M51 which I used to be able to login to.  Now, when I click on 'forgot password" and enter my email address, it says there is no account associated with this email.  Tried to login using FB, but clicking on the link did nothing.


So, I go to register again.  Says Sandie_M51 already is use, I get that.  So, create a new user, Sandie_M52 and enter my email address.  Says that email is already associated with another account.....yet when I go to reset the password using that email....it says there is not account associated with that email.


I click the help link and send an email to support and they tell me I have contacted the wrong people.


wow...that's a good one.  Would like to have my Sandie_M51 account only.
