BB ERROR CODE AW10000C

Hi,

         can some one help me with the error code AW10000C . while purchsing the app am getting this error code along with the message that "THERE WERE PROBLEMS COMPLETING THIS PURCHASE. PLSE SELECT A DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHOD".

 

Plse help me to get the right solution for this bug.

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

 

  • KB24454 "There is a problem with your credit card authorization. Please try again or visit blackberry.com/appworld/ support for more information. (Error Id: 10000)" appears when purchasing an application in BlackBerry World.
