BB Q10 PAID APP DOWNLOAD PROBLEM

Hello, I have a BB Q10 , 2 days back when I was trying to downloading one of the paid apps , it gave me only an error message " an error in connecting the payment server" whereas the payment of the app has been debited from my bank account but I could not download the app. I tried purchasing the same app 2 - 3 times using 2 different cards and all the time i got the above mention message. During this process though the money has been debited to my account but I didn't get any receipt of the transaction on email either fm BB or from app developer. plse help......... regards Tushar
