my bb world constantly states "an error has occured and bb world must close" i have backed up all my data- and did a full factory reset on bb link, yet the problem persists ! i cannot purchase any software or upgrade my software via bb world...........it is very very frustrating,please find a solution to this problem- i have had my new bb 10 for 3 days now and it is useless to me.

Does the error appear if you try to download an application? Also are you connected to a Wi-Fi hotspot? What version of BlackBerry 10 are you using as well? Go to Settings>About to find this information.

bb world only works on a wifi connection it will not open on a regular mobile network........scan your residential area by enabling your wifi setting to the on position wait a few seconds and see if there is a open network then log onto it by touching your screen with the open network domain
