BB World not working (error message)

my bb world constantly states "an error has occured and bb world must close" i have backed up all my data- and did a full factory reset on bb link, yet the problem persists ! i cannot purchase any software or upgrade my software via bb world...........it is very very frustrating,please find a solution to this problem- i have had my new bb 10 for 3 days now and it is useless to me.

Does the error appear if you try to download an application?  Also are you connected to a Wi-Fi hotspot?  What version of BlackBerry 10 are you using as well?  Go to Settings>About to find this information.

ver 10.0.10.82 cant open bb world at all within seconds the error message appears im using 3g connection i cant download or browse software or apps

I found the cure for the problem. You need to open the bb app world, swipe from top down. Select settings and then payment options. Veryfi your user id and cacel. Remember you have to be quick in doing this before it close. Ive done it and now its working again

bb world only works on wifi...new bb 10 users are not informed of this we are stuck with slow 3g connections

bb world only works on a wifi connection it will not open on a regular mobile network........scan your residential area by enabling your wifi setting to the on position wait a few seconds and see if there is a open network then log onto it by touching your screen with the open network domain

I am using my wifi, i activated evrything.  in the bbm world settings to.  still doesnt work

Same problem here, my wife & myself bought both of our phones unlocked & have been using them for about 3 weeks now, my BlackBerry World just started today with this issue & my wife isn't having any issues???

all depends on your network wifi is the answer as edge and or 3g connections cant handle the load
