Re: BBM

If you have the PIN number of a friend's BlackBerry, open your Hub and compose and try to send a PIN message?

Re: BBM

but Z10 dont support PIN messaging... there in no option to send a pin message on Z10.

is there a chance that my network doesn't support my phone's model (STL 100-2) and this is the reason BBM is not working? I also didnt receive the software update (10.1) which they already released... I asked them but apparently they dont know.

Re: BBM

PIN messenging is available on OS 10.1.

to get 10.1, MTN Cyprus must qualify it and release it so you can install it. They know when they will release it.

Re: BBM

They have released it but I couldn't get it. I suppose that the problem is that I have model stl 100-2 and they don't support it

Re: BBM

yes, if you have a -2 and MTN Cyprus only supports the -1, then they will not release any OS upgrade for you.

You can probably try installing the OS upgrade through the BlackBerry Link.
