BlackBerry-Support needed -- how to contact them?

Hi there,

I recently forgot my password for the BB AppWorld and additionally don't know the answer to my security question any more. I tried everything but don't succeed.

How can I get in contact with BlackBerry to get my account unlocked and a new password? There is no link or comment on the BlackBerry-Help-Pages to find.

I have to get it back because of some applications' serial keys which are stored only there...

Thanks in advance!
