I have secure workspace enabled on my device and have BB Travel installed on the personal and work perimeters.
I have been successful in auto scanning personal trips that come in from Gmail and work trips that come in to my work ID.
I have a new trip that came in from Gmail that is not showing up in BB Travel. I have sent email again to firstname.lastname@example.org. I get message back that no trip update was performed.. body of message says the travel items listed for "trip name" email already exists and thus no update was performed.
I have logged into web version and trip is not list there either. I have 2 other trips that are showing up correctly.
How do I show this hidden trip?
