All worked fine for the past 2 days but now my ID password does not seem to be working anymore?
I changed from a Torch to a Z10 over this past weekend but now my blackberry ID does not want to log in and says that my password is incorrect.
I tried resetting my password from my phone. It gives a message of 'Recovering secret question and answer' but goes directly goes to a message that says 'The value you have entered is invalid. Please try again.' without asking me to answer the question.
I have received the reset password mail, of which the link does not work.
I have also tried the reset password option on the website (https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/recoverp
The ID worked until yesterday.
Please can someone help.
