I tried making a purchase Blackberry World but I have forgotten my password; now I've tried resetting it. Which I have completed my security question but the email doesn't arrive, that will allow me to reset password. I went through to www.Blackberry.com and selected reset Blackberry ID option there, completed the form it replied you'll soon recieve an email to reset the password. No email has arrived and I have done this eight times today, so now very fed up; whilst I have checked my spam and junk inboxes and no reset email from Blackberry.
What is going on with your servers.
