Try this... open your BlackBerry World > MyWorld.
Swipe down from the top and touch Settings.
At the bottom of THAT screen you will see your AppWorld version number.
Touch that for a second only. You may see nothing happen.. THAT alone will reset BlackBerry World.
Now, return to your attempt to download and try again.
If the issue persists, are you on a WiFi connection or on the mobile network?
