Can't sign in

Hi,

 

I can't log in to blackberry ID and shown the message " You can't sin with a diffrent blackberry ID on this device. Sign in with the original ID on this device".  The problem is i am not sure the original ID of this device. How could i retrive it?

Hey samarif,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Thanks for the question.

 

You can perform a security wipe if you're unsure of the original BlackBerry ID.  Go to Settings>Security>Security Wipe

 

This will erase all data off the BlackBerry Z10, be sure to create a backup prior.

 

Once the wipe is completed then you can login with your BlackBerry ID.
