Cannot log to appworld - there is always an error message request to try later and its been 4 months

I am unable to log to my app world, whenever I try logging in with my ID there's an error message saying I should try again later and its been 4 months now. I'm stuck with old apps and cannot download new apps.
It doesn't say that my password is wrong or something... It requests me to try later.
