Cannot reset password on blackberry id

I have a blackberry user name which is registered as when I try to re-register it tells me it is assigned to another name. I have forgotten the password. I am trying to reset the password on my computer. Although it appears to have been submitted the email never arrives. Please can you help as I need to set this up urgently in order to download important things onto my computer. Thanks.
