I am getting this message frequently in App World on my Z10 when purchasing Apps or content through BlackBerry World. At present I cannot purchase Apps or content on my Z10.
It also follows with a Error Code 11000.
Here's what I have completed to date:
- Checked my details for my BlackBerry ID are up to date
- Checked and re-entered my payment details within settings (Credit Card Payment Selected)
- Checked for any updates to App World and Z10 Software Updates
- Rebooted my device
Strange thing is I use the same BlackBerry ID and payment details on my PlayBook and can purchase Apps and content fine which leads me to believe it could be something on my Z10.
Any other users experiencing this or have a work around?

Thanks for the reply!
I looked at the KB article and whilst it was useful did not seem to fix my specific issue. But, whilst I wasn't using PayPal as a payment method I decided to setup PayPal with the same Credit Card details and it is now working and I can purchase Apps and content

The KB article mentions that its a previously reported issue but no timeframe for resolution.
I simply can't make any payment transaction from the BB World. Neither using any credit card or Paypal. I am always getting Error 11000. There must be something wrong with the application for sure.
