Download from 7 digital failed

I purchased an album (Babel, Mumford & Sons) from BlackBerry World and continually receive the following error (image attached):

 

Downloading music from 7 digital failed. Getting music for user[awmusicuser129712715] countray[CA] releaseId[1894453] trackId[0] transactionId[34673644] failed. Error code[-1]

 

I've tried:

* different wireless networks

* restarting the app

* restarting my device

* different times of day

 

I get the same error every time. Can this problem be solved or should I ask for a refund?

In the end I had to ask for a refund and then re-downloaded what I want. For me, there were two identical options for the album in the store so I was careful to choose the other one the second time around.

There is no fix. After 30 minutes on the phone Blackberry support sent me here for a refund

You know they have poor support when they have a refund tab online!!
