Duplicate Transaction

Hello,

 

I purchased a movie the other day "Monsters University" and i could not download it at the time so i paused it and tried to return to the download later and when i click download it keeps telling me Duplicate Transaction (Duplicate_transaction) and the download never starts. I have tried many times.

 

As per another thread i tried to change the download to device from SD card to no avail. I would appreciate any help in beling able to download this movie i have purchased.

I suggest that you clear the AppWorld application cache.

Yes i have tried clearing the Cache Many times, I know i only paid 99 cents foir this movie but it's not the point, i am wondering how often this is likely to happen with other movies if i decide to use the service more.

 

I think that there must be a lingering file on my Z10 that is causing this error... if only i knew what that file was and delete it so it can be downloaded.

 

Anyone from BB able to help us with this issue?

 

Z10 using 10.2.1.1055

Still no reply!
Why on earth would I now trust blackberry with any purchase....
I think i'll need to discuss with paypal which is crazy
