Error 10000

I am so frustratedd with my Z10. it keeps saying something is wrong with my card. I have called Verizon and Blackberry and they keep saying their working on the issue. I cant do a thing with this Phone. If it is free i can download have to pay, forget it. I need some serious help!

please read this article from te public knowledge base:

KB24454 "There is a problem with your credit card authorization. Please try again or visit blackberry.com/appworld/ support for more information. (Error Id: 10000)" appears when purchasing an application in BlackBerry World
