Facebook and Whatsapp on BB Z10

1. How can I save pictures viewed from Facebook? In my old BB you have options to save pictures viewed on Facebook by setting it as your wallpaper and automatically it saves in your pictures folder.

2. I can not install Whatsapp on my BB Z10. I keep getting error messages. Any help?

Re: Facebook and Whatsapp on BB Z10

Hey ebinza,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

Thanks for the question.

To save a picture in Facebook for BlackBerry, press and hold on the picture and you'll have an option appear on the right to save the picture.

Also whatsapp requires a certain version of BlackBerry 10, what version of BlackBerry 10 are you running?  Go to Settings>About.

I look forward to your reply.

Cheers.

Re: Facebook and Whatsapp on BB Z10

Touching and holding to save pictures on Facebook does not work for me. In fact nothing appears on either side of the screen. My OS version is 10.0.9.2372 and software release is 10.0.9.348. Thanks for your response.

Re: Facebook and Whatsapp on BB Z10

Update your OS to 10.0.10. Use Blackberry Link PC Software for best results. If it's already updated, delete the facebook and reinstall again. Restart your device. Then follow Vicious Ferret's advices. It will solve your problem.
