Facebook not functioning well on BB Z10

Hi,

I encountered Facebook App can't update the BlackBerry Hub for new feeds or any notification from Facebook.

Even worst are upon Facebook App is activated the whole BlackBerry Hub will hang.. no notification for any update, such as SMS, WhatsApp, and others.

But only way for me to solve is to uninstall Facebook App, then everything go back to normal and functioning well.

Anyone can help me on this as I wish to have my Facebook App on..

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Thanks for the question.

 

What version of BlackBerry 10 software are you running? Go to Settings>About to find this information.  

 

Also I suggest resetting your BlackBerry Hub, swipe diagonally 3 times from the top right corner while in BlackBerry Hub.

 

Then try to use Facebook for BlackBerry.  I look forward to your reply.

BB Z10 Software Updated Version 10.1.0.273
I will try to reset the Hub
I will try to reinstall the Facebook for BlackBerry (anyway I have try for few times)

Will update you for any outcome.

I tried to reinstall and refresh the Hub.. the problems remained the same..

After Facebook Installed all the notifications in Hub just hang and can't update, no sound for notifications, and just after I deleted Facebook App then everything back to normal and working well..

Please advise.. and I wish to have the Facebook App .. any solution for me?
