I cant download the Chase mobile banking to my new z10

I tried to download the app for chase banking, and it says on the device it is Unavailable for this device.

When are you going to fix this?  I really like having my banking app.

You may perhaps be under the mistaken impression that posting here is communicating with BlackBerry...it is not. See this information at the top of every page on this site:

Second, even if you were asking your question here of BlackBerry, you are misdirected as to where you should be making your inquiry. BlackBerry develops some apps, but not all, and none of the banking apps as far as I am aware. Rather, you need to inquire of the app developer as to if they intend to port their app over to your specific situation. Note, however, that compatibility is a matter of several factors:

  • Carrier
  • Country
  • Device Model
  • Device OS level

You can see all of those requirements, along with contact information for the developer, on the AppWorld catalog page (assuming you obtained your app originally via AppWorld...if not, then you need to look elsewhere).
